Architecture is a promise kept over years
A building is drawn in months, built in a few years and lived in for decades. Luvia was formed around that timescale: a house of architects, engineers and managers who stay with the building through all of it.
Craft first, then everything it takes to protect it
We begin where the region's best building always began: with proportion, shade, material and ornament that means something. The arch, the screen, the courtyard, these are not decoration to us; they are climate tools that happen to be beautiful.
Around that craft we built the disciplines that protect it on site: structural and MEP engineering, BIM coordination, cost control, licensing, procurement and facility management. Design decides what the building wants to be; the rest of the house makes sure it becomes it.
